Content Description

This collection contains manuscripts for War Horses and Wyoming's Wealth. A note about the year The War Horses was sold to its publisher is the only date that has been found on the manuscripts. More manuscripts may have been received with the 1987 or other accessions. They will be incorporated into this collection if discovered. Researchers will also find a box of Bragg's notebooks from 1987.

Content Description

Photos and scrapbooks gifted from William Maxwell "Scotty" Jack's family from 1969 to 1970.The photos consist of signed portraits from his colleagues as well as some personal portraits and photos of the state legislature. The scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings pertaining to when Jack was in the state goverment and news from the various Wyoming Lions Clubs There are also plaques and certificates from organizations Jack was a part of, such as the American Trade Association Executives.

Content Description

This collection consists of 18 photographic prints taken by E.R. Schuler for the Works Progress Administration in 1937. The photographs are of the buildings and grounds at Fort Caspar. The photographs document renovations to the site made by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) who had technical staff in and around Casper during the 1930s.
