Tom Hough Papers
Scope and Contents
The Tom Hough Papers consist of material pertaining to Tom's book, which is a collection of hunting and fishing stories and his newspaper articles and column, "Headin' Out with Tom Hough." His column and articles highlight when he was a staff writer, managing editor, and photographer for the Casper Star Tribune. In addition to Hough's professional paper are his correspondence with family. The Hough papers contain numerous photographs and related items illuminating his love for and pursuit of the Wyoming outdoors. Researchers will also find Paul Petzoldt's writing about a climb of the Tetons and some of the articles Petzoldt wrote for the Alternative Press.
