Scope and Contents

Thive Together Initiative information packet containing a letter to interested members, details about Thrive's onboarding process, Board meeting ground rules and guidelines, membership application and more. Thrive Together Initiative is Casper, Wyoming's first re-entry support group, "dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey of reintegration after incarceration." Through programs supporting groups in and outside of jail and TOPUCU (The Only Person You Cheat is You) course in coordination with RISE (Real Individuals Seeking Excellence, Thrive's efforts are "designed to break the cycle of recidivism and promote positive change." There is a strong connection between Thrive and the Casper College Social Work Club. The Casper College Library also started providing some frameworks for student members with research projects for the non-profit in 2024.
