Scope and Contents The Tom Hough Papers consist of material pertaining to Tom's book, which is a collection of hunting and fishing stories and his newspaper articles and column, "Headin' Out with Tom Hough." His column and articles highlight when he was a staff writer, managing editor, and photographer for the Casper Star Tribune. Scope and Contents These photographs are from the Wyoming Mountaineers of Casper College collection covering the years from 1955 through 1958. The WMCC was established by Albert "Walt" Bailey in the 1950s to give Casper College students the opportunity to go rappelling and learn about climbing techniques for a semester as an extracurricular activity.
