Abstract

This record is not for a physical collection (box) that actually exists anymore, it is documentation on records pulled from five separate collections that were used in the College Life and Wyoming Culture exhibit for the Western History Center.

Scope and Contents In addition to overseeing the production of the daily newspaper, Hough wrote a popular outdoor column called “’Headin Out’ with Tom Hough,” which ran every Friday. Hough chronicled his adventures exploring the state both in print and with his own photographs, which featured prominently in his column and in other sections of the Star-Tribune. Scope and Contents The Tom Hough Papers consist of material pertaining to Tom's book, which is a collection of hunting and fishing stories and his newspaper articles and column, "Headin' Out with Tom Hough." His column and articles highlight when he was a staff writer, managing editor, and photographer for the Casper Star Tribune.
