Scope and Contents
The Dana Van Burgh Casper Buildings Project is a collection of historical photographs of and research about various historical buildings located in Casper, Wyoming. The images were collected or taken by Dana Van Burgh for reference purposes, originally to benefit the patrons of Casper College's Western History Center. The collection is divided up into sections by streets, and includes special locations such as Fort Caspar, historic houses, local churches, fairgrounds, and aerial and panoramic photographs.

Biographical / Historical
Dana Van Burgh was a long-term science teacher at the Dean Morgan Junior High School in Casper, Wyoming, and taught for 38 years. After retiring, he thereafter became a science instructor at Casper College. He is known for his field science and history projects and research.
