Scope and Contents The Casper Petroleum club was founded in 1949 by a group of Casper Businessmen for the purpose of negotiating and discussing the petroleum industry and business in Casper. The clubhouse was originally located in Casper at 117 N Center Street until the club bought the closed "Mine Company" restaurant located at 1301 Wilkins Circle in 1960.
