Scope and Contents

This record group consists of 75 images of artifact and archival images of the Casper Army Air Base. The CDs they were discovered on included the date August 15, 2009 (J.G.G.) and the last names CAAB-UM2008.33, John Venn-UM2002.22, Kinner-UM2003.13, Brock-UM2003.4, and Stanley Richmardson-UM2002.121. The photographs in John Venn's folder include those air base's motor maintenance stand and of crashes involving the wheels not coming down on a plane on July 9, 1943 and images of the crashes of a B24-42-7180, a B24=7220, and a B24-D-42-40180. There are photographs of records related to Richard Stanley along with a couple of photographs of him. The images in this record group were taken and/or saved onto these discs between 1943 and 2009.
