Scope and Contents

This accession contained primarily the papers of Steve Russell who served as a Natrona County Airport Board of Trustee. These papers contain correspondence, meeting minutes, reports and statements related to the Natrona County Airport and its operations and date between 1953 to 1957 approximately. Also included in this donation were architectural drawings for the Rialto Theatre and various papers and photographs of both the America and Rialto theaters as well as of other theaters outside of Casper.

Conditions Governing Use

Some of these materials are the personal correspondence of Russell as a Natrona County Airport Board of Trustee member. Many of the records pertain to the financial operations of the Natrona County Airport but also include a small number of meeting minutes and other records that may be sensitive. Though Steve Schulte signed a deed of gift in support of the use of these papers, they need another level of processing before they are open for research use.
