Wyoming Symphony Orchestra: Pre-Concert Talks, 2018-09-22 - 2019-05-30

Jonathan Shames was followed by new conductor Matthew Savery from Montana who joined the WSO in 2008 and led the organization until 2018. Savery was introduced to the Casper area with a new fundraiser "Wine on the River" and he participated in several Pops in the Park concerts alongside the Casper Ghosts baseball team. Shames invited many different, talented guests to perform with the orchestra, brought the Symphony into yet another era of great music, and influenced new management and activities in the WSO. Savery resigned in 2018 and has never been back to Casper.
