A Casper College scrapbook Gordon Hargraves had made for the library. Articles were removed from the scrapbook after it was received and added to the Casper Star-Tribune Western Vertical File. According to a note, the scrapbook was held onto by the Library "until some future use is determined for it." This was in 1986. A future use for this scrapbook is finally being planned for each American Archives Month, starting in 2023. The Western History Center will seek submissions from Casper...
