Scope and Contents From the File: Jonathan Shames was followed by new conductor Matthew Savery from Montana who joined the WSO in 2008 and led the organization until 2018. Savery was introduced to the Casper area with a new fundraiser "Wine on the River" and he participated in several Pops in the Park concerts alongside the Casper Ghosts baseball team.
